Dr. Elhadj Dogheche is a Professor specializing in physics and materials at Université Polytechnique Hauts de France located at Valenciennes. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Lille University of Sciences & Technology in 1993. His research interests at the Institute of Electronic, Microelectronic & Nanotechnology (IEMN CNRS), are in the area of III-nitride materials and nanostructures. The applications are more focused in energy harvesting and high-speed optoelectronics including LiFi and active photonic devices such as guided-wave and optical interconnections. He is a co-author of 100+ research publications and 3 patents. He has established number of international collaborations with Institutes and Universities in Europe, USA, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Saudi Arabia, North Africa, etc.
