ICAE Proceeding
Publication & Indexing
All accepted papers for the ICAE 2026 proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® (subject to IEEE quality review) and are expected to be indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.
Papers that do not pass the IEEE quality and scope review—particularly those in pure mechanical engineering fields that do not intersect with electrical, electronics, or computer engineering—will be redirected and submitted to our partner SINTA-indexed journals.

Proceeding Paper Submission Requirements
- Required Format: Please follow the official IEEE guideline and template: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates
- File Format Restriction: PDF format only. All other file formats are strictly prohibited.
- Page Limit: Maximum of 8 pages.
- Similarity Index: Must not exceed 20% (plagiarism check).
Poster Presentation Requirements
- Required Format: PDF only.
- Size: A1 (594 × 841 mm or 23.4 × 33.1 inches).
- Logo Placement: Conference logo must be positioned in the upper middle section of the poster.
